Meet your Coach!

Umm Sadiq is an experienced certified and accredited Master Coach and an internationally recognised NLP Master

practitioner and a hypnotherapist

She is also a trainer in NLP, Time

Line Resourcing®, Hypnosis and Mind and Emotional Mastery Coaching


And is currently working towards being a Master Trainer of NLP which is the highest recognised qualification. She will also become one of the first Muslim NLP Trainers in the UK.


Umm Sadiq has helped many women to transform their lives, so they can master their emotions and heal from their past allowing them to feel and enjoy living a life that fulfils their dreams.

Women are taught to love themselves, practice self-compassion and find peace within so they can reconnect with their Creator and their core self (Fitra)..


She struggled with herself for years until she discovered inner work and coaching. Healing changed her from within and has been life changing for her loved too.. For this reason she decided to create a program based on what she knew.


She travelled near and far before she healed, all in search of peace. And now she wants you to experience the same kind of mindset shift so you too can finally live intentionally and purposefully – a life filled with contentment.

When I started the group coaching program I didn’t expect my journey to go the way it has. I expected a fluffy happy few weeks of learning about new ways of doing things & about positivity.


However the last couple of weeks have been an eye opener & some weeks have been high & others really low. This is due to the growth Iv been through, iv faced emotions that were locked away, which Iv acknowledged in the past, but not really faced head on and sat with them head on, I feel I’ve overcome a lot. I felt like Iv been on a journey of detox, where all the emotions have splurged to the surface & umm sadiq has helped me work through them. Anytime something has come up for me outside of the group coaching sessions, she’s helped me through. Each week there’s been a new reflection & food for though as the sessions have run, some big realisations about various areas of my life.

I was doubtful of whether I would be able to find a coach that I could easily open up to and who would be able to understand me. Alhamdulillah then I came across Umm Sadiq. Umm Sadiq has this very approachable and non judgemental nature, she feels like an older sister that I never had.
